Tenant requests are triaged in minutes by our intake automation, then dispatched to vetted local vendors. Owners see every cost estimate before approval where required.
How do you handle entry notices?
Every scheduled entry, showing, and inspection generates an entry notice delivered through the resident portal with a configurable notice window and acknowledgment trail.
When are owner statements published?
Monthly statements typically publish between the 5th and 10th of the following month, with line-item detail and downloadable PDF.
Do you screen residents?
Yes — every applicant goes through identity, income, rental, and background screening before lease execution.
